Twice each year, the Earth pauses in perfect balance. The Autumn Equinox is one of those moments – a balance of light and shadow, marking the moment between one chapter and the next.

This Equinox is an invitation into a seasonal rite of passage. A conscious moment to acknowledge where you are, recognise what they’ve outgrown, and to step intentionally into the softer layers of autumn. Through the art of letting go.

Join us inside the immersive dome at CULTVR, for a 2 hour long yogic journey designed to help you softly release the momentum of the summer’s heat, and reconnect with what matters most before stepping into a new season. 

Surrounded by a hood of breath taking visual landscapes, this immersive experience invites you to step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect to the world within 

As ever, all yoga practices welcome.

Mats are not provided - please bring you own.

We do have a handful of our ethically produced, high grip rubber YOGANIC yoga mats to purchase at £55 (to be collected at the event on arrival). Select and add on under ticket option.
