Description
A 2 hour fusion of integrated movement - embodied yin, intimate breathwork, fluid flow & somatics. An opportunity to shake away the dust of the festive season and dial up the devotion to SELF. This will pair with our sister event later in January on Saturday 25th - working with key themes, journaling & intentions.
Sunday 5th January, 5-7pm (please arrive from 4:45pm for a 5pm start).
Location: Temple of Peace, King Edward VII Ave, Cardiff CF10 3AP
Parking is available right outside the venue, and is free from 5pm on a Sunday.
Mats unfortunately won't be provided, so we ask that you bring your own plus your favourite snuggly blanket, cosy socks and a cushion for a yummier experience.
