Yoga Immersion at The Temple of Peace X Ffwrnes Pizza (Saturday 25th January)

A 2 hour fusion of integrated movement - charging the body through deep somatic work, breath & expression through self. Arriving at the very nature SELF, in LOVE, of being ALIVE. This event falls on a Saturday evening - full of VIBRATION, followed by a spread of pizza by FFWRNES. The event will pair with our sister event earlier in January on Sunday 5th - a deep dive of key themes, journaling & intention, whilst attuning to our most authentic version and stepping into power, at the beginning of a new cycle. 

Saturday 25th January, 5-7pm (please arrive from 4:45pm for a 5pm start). Pizza with FFWRNES will be served after the event from 7pm outside the front of the venue on the terrace (make sure you bring layers in case it's chilly). 

Location: Temple of Peace, King Edward VII Ave, Cardiff CF10 3AP

Parking is available right outside the venue (pay and display). 

Mats unfortunately won't be provided, so we ask that you bring your own plus your favourite snuggly blanket, cosy socks and a cushion for a yummier experience.
